The staff of Via Consignment work with customers to insure they go home with "that certain special piece". For customers looking for a piece, that means personal attention. For customers consigning a piece, that means getting something back on the original investment they put into their good furniture.

Because of the nature of this business all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges. We cannot let items go out on approval. Via Consignment accepts Visa, MasterCard, cash or personal checks. This, too, is a plus for those wanting to sell a piece of furniture as well as those who are purchasing something.

For those consigning a piece of furniture: > When your piece has sold, your check will be mailed on the 16th of the month following the month of the actual sale date. > At Via Consignment we consign for 90 days. If before the expiration of the 90 days an item is to be removed, 15% amount of the selling price is paid to Via Consignment before the piece can be picked up. At any time after the first 30 days Via Consignment has the right to discount your item/s up to 10%. Via Consignment does not take a set schedule for additional reductions. This decision is left up to Via Consignment. > If the item has not sold in 90 days, we will sometimes give an additional 30 day grace period and reduce the item/s to sell. This decision of keeping it a month longer is is at the sole discretion of the owner. > In the event after the scheduled time period and the item/s has not sold, Via Consignment will give a 7 day grace period to have the item/s removed. > Via Consignment will not provide any type of notice indicating the end of the scheduled consigned period.
