| The Style of Consignment |
| When you have items to consign at Via Consignment we understand the key to selling these items is not only exposure, but professional merchandising with a knowledgeable sales staff that works to sell your consigned item.
> Pictures can also be brought in or sent to us by regular mail.
We do not accept walk-in items that have not been approved by us first. When sending in information please include your name, phone numbers, brief description of the item which includes measurements, age, original purchasing price as well as where the item was purchased. |

> Merchandise will be approved for consignment based on style and condition. Cosigned merchandise that we take must be in excellent condition and express a timeless sense of style. Furniture can go in and out of style so we only accept items that are sellable in today's market. All merchandise, even when the photos have been approved for consignment, is subject to our final inspection. After looking at the photos Via Consignment will give you an estimated price for your item, still subject to final inspection. Via Consignment's percentages are as follows:
> Items selling for $299.99 and under have a 50%/50% consignment fee.
> Those items selling for $300.00 and above have a 60% commission fee for the customer and a 40% commission fee for Via Consignment.
We will explain this in detail and give you a copy for your records.
